Terms & Conditions :

1. Please note that the price stated is fix and non-negotiable.

2. First come, first serve basis. Any backout buyer without telling Pretty Pop first, will be BLACKLISTED.

3. Please note that the delivery for ready stock items are 1-2 working days. And for pre-order items are a 2 weeks after payment made. If you are not willing to wait, dont order.

4. Please make sure before you buy, you make sure the measurement given can fit you perfectly. I will not be responsible to anything if you cant fit it.

5. The colour shown in this website might be slightly different to the original items due to different brightness and setting.

6. Order should only be made via order form given. No order via sms will be entertain.

7. Please note that reservation are only 2 days, if you need extra time, please kindly let me know :)

8. I will not responsible to any damage, lost during the delivery. But dont worry i will give you the tracking number and help you track the parcel.

9. No refund after payment have been made unless the stock is not available.

10. Please make sure you understand all the term & condition before proceed to order.
